I brought my Avalanche to them in January after they rebuilt the front suspension. I thought that there might be a problem with a suspension part, because I heard a clunking noise and one of the tires was wearing on the outer side. It turns out that there wasn't an issue at all after they checked it thoroughly, including checking the alignment, which was still okay. They even rotated the tires, not charging me for that service check or service interval. In February, they put on rear brake parts that I had bought, to include the brake hoses from the frame to over the axle. The owner stated that he had never seen those go bad ever in 40 years of experience, and gave them back, telling me to take them back to the parts store for a refund. This ended up saving me money for parts that I didn't

They explained everything in an understandable manner (I’m in no way mechanically inclined, lol) and diagnosed my vehicle the way it should have been done. Solved my problem and saved my wallet. 🙏🏻 My car and I are very grateful for the honest folks working hard here at JT’s. 💯👍

Once again I have received the benefit of JT's auto service. Their honesty, expertise and professionalism is beyond reproach. JT and his merry band of mechanics and office staff almost makes one happy they have an automobile breakdown so the can visit JT's. Mind you, I said "almost". A little play on the song we remember from Roy Rogers and Dale Evans: "Happy repairs to you, until we meet again"
