Ace Auto UT Bodyshop

Monday the 23rd of June was my first experience with Ace Auto Utah Bodyshop. They were able to reconnect my rear windows on my 2018 Ford Police Interceptor sedan. But they had to find the door handle cables for the rear doors. In 24 hours they found and installed the cables. All free as part of Ace Auto Utah's 7 days any repair deal as part of buying a car from them. Francisco the shop manager, Zoro the owner, and the crew at Ace Auto Utah Bodyshop are amazing!

Francisco was very helpful, understanding and communicative from the start. I recently purchased an as-is truck through Ace Auto dealership and found a couple of issues under warranty. I dropped it off at the body shop this past Friday morning. I wasn’t sure exactly how long the repairs would take and living out of state made my schedule pretty tight. I came with a full list and all my repairs were done within 2 days of work, all covered through the warranty. The body shop was so quick at ordering parts and fixing up my truck and it made my trip short and much more stress free than expected. I took my Mazda3 To Fransisco because of a check engine light that I was having a difficult time diagnosing. It turned out to be a difficult fix, but he did an excellent job. I have since taken another car in for a suspension repair. I’m very pleased with the service and would recommend it.

During an oil change it was discovered that a cv boot was ripped. They immediately replaced the axle tie rod ends and aligned the car. No questions, no problems. This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car, in 40 years of driving. Definitely recommend.
