Ace Automotive

My husband took my Prius to Ace Automotive after it had been driving sketchily for months. Had taken it to a mechanic in Louisville previously who was not able to diagnose and fix the problems. Ace Automotive was very prompt in a diagnosis, estimate, and repairs. My car was fixed and back to me within 24 hours and is driving smoothly.

We are from out of state, and our truck broke down. Took very good care of us and expeditiously got us back on the road within a few hours. It turned out to be a blown fuse from a wire that was bare and came loose causing a short, which would kill the engine. They also fixed a loose wire causing our electric brakes on our camper to malfunction. Very professional and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!

Jiffy lube told me I needed a full brake job on the rear of my Kia. I decided to go back to ace and they not only didn’t charge me but showed me why my brakes were fine and wouldn’t do unnecessary work just to make a buck. I’ll be back!

Don't bring your vehicle here, you bring your Vehicle to get fixed for preventative maintenance so it doesn't get worse. I don't think they take the time to do a good inspection. Is left having more problems.

I do not recommend this place. My experience here has been awful. My fuel pump went out on my car and I got it fixed, fine. But like 2 months later it went out again I called up there to talk to them about fixing it since it’s under warranty still on Thursday, had it towed by AAA maybe an hour later, go to call them Friday before they closed and was told they have no record of my car. How do you LOSE my car??? So to the lady that didn’t want to write my car up to get fixed for TWO days, the lady that is very rude on the phone, the same lady that laughed at me when I explained my car doesn’t take power steering fluid (different issue, and I was correct), I will GLADLY take my business to Southern Indiana Auto just a few streets down. Save time, and stress, and make sure you know who you are
