I called to ask if they had a particular commercial lock in stock before driving 30 minutes out of my way and was told they don't have a number available for pictures and I would have to come look in the lock isle and he couldn't help me. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Great customer service! Clayton and Laura were very helpful and friendly to me today. I was looking for a few odd-ball things which I think provided a great training exercise for Clayton who is a new employee. He crushed it! I hope these two stick around for a long time. Thanks ACE Hardware 653!

I was shopping for paint supplies but I didn't need large quantities for big sizes and they had just what I needed. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the size of the store. The store clerk was helpful and very friendly. It was a nice experience.
