Ace tire shop

Worst tire shop I've ever been to Owner agreed to $120 to remove my old tire and put the new tires in brought on my wife's vehicle. So I decided to give them a chance. Boy do I regret that. First the young guy they had doing it starts lifting my vehicle from the front passenger side and the jack slips off the pinch weld and lands on the plastic door trim but instead of fixing it the jack the rest of the car up and remove the tires. Then they start telling me they have to remove my wheel spacers because they are having trouble getting it to co back together, I go out and get them the VW specific alignment tool located in the back of my vehicle. And try to explain to younger worker that it will help put it back together easier. And he looks at me like I'm stupid. So I tell the owner I trie

Great little shop tucked away! Responds very fast to messages making things easy to set up while I was at work. Had the tires I needed in a pinch for less than retail. Got me in-out and driving in 20 min! Had a little valve stem issue, he responded so fast, came in later that afternoon and getting me taken care of as we speak!!! Great shop great guy, ill definitely be coming back next time I need tire work!

Went to Firestone and they wouldn't plug the tire because of the low tread. We have a big family, and a tight budget. Came here, and he found not only 1, but 2 holes. Plugged them both and I'm back on the road. Super nice, clean shop,and very affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing experience with this tire shop! They came out to us after hours, picked up our tire, took it back to their shop to replace it, and then brought it back and installed it for us. Fast, friendly, and truly above-and-beyond service. We’re so grateful and will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend!

Edit: I’m dropping this to one star, because no one has reached out to apologize (management), it should have never happened, and it is ruining my week. No one should be smoking in a building around customers, and certainly never inside someone’s car; no one should spray anything inside someone’s car without consent. Everything that touches the car seat, now reeks, and I can’t use the vehicle until I figure out how to get rid of the smell. If I can’t get it out, I will have to go to a professional, and don’t have the funds for that, but I shouldn’t have to spend all my free time trying to make my car not smell bad when I work SO hard to avoid those smells, in the first place, for our health. I’m telling my neighbors and friends to avoid this place, as well, since they can’t be bothered to
