This is our second time purchasing here, both Ford Fusions. Farzad and his family are excellent to work with! Their customer service is beyond great. We feel we were offered fair prices and no pressure to purchase. Would 10/10 recommend.

Okay so it's been a while since I bought my car. I'd say about 2-3 weeks. I wanted to make sure that everything was good with it and so far so good. So what I would describe this place to be is a Diamond in the Rough!!!! Not to say that Grandview is rough but a dealership that's honest!?!? Is there even such a place that exists? Well I prayed for one and I got one 😁 Farzad was a perfect gentleman and business owner. He went above and beyond any business that I've ever encountered. First off a business that will open up before their business hours to assist me before I go to work. Amazing. Seriously he took my car to a mechanic to have it checked out for me because I was at work and then to pick it back up again. Also to have the inspection done for me before registering the vehicle. They answered all my questions, made the process easy, and never pressured me into anything. The car was exactly as described and the prices were fair.
