Daniel, I just want to sincerely thank you for going above and beyond for my son and me tonight. When his car broke down, neither of us knew what to do, and you stepped in without hesitation. You took the time to look things over, explain what might be wrong, and showed genuine compassion and concern. You could have simply dropped the car off and gone about your evening, but instead, you chose to help—and that meant more to us than you know. Your kindness truly made my night and reminded me that there are still good, caring people in this world. Thank you again for your time, your effort, and your heart. It was deeply appreciated.

Steve Botton did a great job helping my daughter who was stranded At night on hwy 285 with a broken down car. He arrived promptly and in the night hooked up the car and brought it safely to our house. A great person and very competent and we are grateful for his good help to our daughter. Tom clark

I had an outstanding experience with Steve from Ace Towing. He arrived within 10 - 15 minutes - much faster than promised by the dispatcher - and was able to get my car started after two prior unsuccessful attempts with two other AAA techs/tow truck drivers! In addition, Steve went above and beyond his job when he texted me within a few minutes after I pulled out of my parking spot to make sure everything was okay. Very thoughtful, professional, and nice! He also sent me an Amazon link to the charger that he uses to jumpstart - I will definitely purchase for emergencies! It's a higher output charger that is suitable for conventional gasoline and diesel vehicles alike. Thank you again, Steve!!! I thought I was going to need a tow for sure but you saved the day!!!

I used AAA and they sent over ACE Towing. He arrived within 20 mins. I had my dog in the car and he made sure my dog was safe in the car. He was very nice and it was very pleasant. Made the whole ordeal a lot easier for me

Daniel (truck 141) towed my totaled truck, full of tools and my personal belongings, to my home in the mountains after a devastating accident on 6th avenue highway in Lakewood. It was in their impound lot and a couple of days later because I spent one in the hospital. It took a couple hours of waiting at their impound lot on Tejon to be on my way home finally but as Daniel later explained, there had been a company-wide driver meeting that afternoon so I figure I was lucky to get him as my driver. From talking with him on our 50 some miles trip I could tell he was a very diligent and conscientious person and felt like a friend. When we got to my house, Daniel went over and above to get the truck skillfully tucked in to my driveway so I could transfer my tools and possibly salvage the parts
