Got my new windshield for an amazing price on a Saturday. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. 💯 💪 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I didn't expect 2-star quality from Acme Glass as I've used them in the past and have been pleased with them. The back window on my truck needed to be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty and my dealer subbed the work out to Acme. I was pleased to hear that, as I have trusted Acme in the past like I said. When I got my truck back, I inspected the areas where the work was done. I noticed three areas on the truck's paint surrounding the back window that had been scratched through to the bare metal, excess adhesive on some trim and paint, and the technicians left trash in the bed of my truck and under the back seat. I will attach pics of the paint scratches and leftover adhesive, but I didn't take pics of the trash in the bed (some rubber molding) or the orange tootsie roll wrapper

Acme Glass and Mirror and Ruston is one of the easiest places to work with! They were able to transfer a windshield for my car from their monroe location to Ruston, where I live and work. After a small inconvenience that happened during my service, Miss Connie was honest about the situation and able to help me navigate through getting it fixed while accommodating me as well. Highly recommend!

From the moment I first called them, to when I got back into my car from replacing my windshield Acme did an awesome job. Everyone I spoke to was nice and ready to help. They serviced my vehicle quite quickly and their prices for the service cant be beat! I'd recommend anyone to get auto glass here in the future!
