Customer service rep Brian Davis explained the problem, provided options & offered a solution. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. He was kind, respectful & patient. The products are pricey, but, they last & are of good quality. The staff acknowledges customers & offers to assist you in a timely manner.

I had a blow out in my rental, and the rental company took hours to send an approval for my tire replacement. Doug went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even going as far as having a team member take me to get food. I am not a Ruston resident, but I will never forget the amazing customer service at this location. Completely genuine. I will never forget it.

Tire rotation/alignment …they got me in very quickly. My wait time was appropriate for the service scheduled. Price was reasonable. Guys working there were very helpful. A+ . Thanks Doug! Your prompt attention and courteous service is appreciated.

I am not from here, on my way home from a funeral and just generally not doing okay I got a bolt in my tire. Panicking I got to this tire shop at close and I was still reassured and taken care of. I’m beyond grateful, and it isn’t an experience I will forget. Thanks for taking care of me yall, this would have been a lot worse if not for your help and reassurance.

Danny Walpole and company are A+ I had a blow out and within an hour 2 tires replaced and back on the road. Great company. Highly recommended.
