From the first moment Ms. Jenny took my call, until the time I left with my new rims and tires, and everything in between. It was the most amazing customer service experience I have ever had. Jenny, Misty, and D, went above and beyond for me and made me feel right at home. Jenny took her time to go thru each page of my booklet to explain what everything meant, even took the time to answer my silly questions, if I didn't understand something. I would recommend anyone and everyone who is thinking about getting tires or are getting tires, to go and check out Jenny and hew crew at R and R in Ruston. The new manager at this store is fantastic!! She asked about my driving habits and my needs and how I use my car and she picked my tires and wheels according to how I drive and it’s been a night and day difference! She also worked with me on my payments and set it all up to land on my pay dates so it’s effortless, I’m gonna be back next time I need tires and I’m gonna make sure Mrs Jenny is the one taking care of me! Thank you!!

My husband went in to get tires, and the new manager, Jenny, was phenomenal. I could be biased because she has a great name 😉. She gave us all the information up front so there were no surprises. She also told us about all of the great benefits we get with our tires!! It's around $800 worth of services!! We will definitely be back to get services we are already paying for, and for some WHEELS after we pay off these tires.
