Took my wife's car for a check engine light, and expressed a concern about another issue. My service advisor told me it would be a $195 diagnostic fee which I happily agreed to. In my previous experience with cars and I have had quite a few of them. When you charge a diagnostic fee. You diagnose the entire car. My service advisor called me to tell me the issue with the check engine light. He then proceeded to ask me if I agreed to more time to check out the other issue. I said yes. Never once did he say that he would then charge me an additional $195 fee. This is terrible customer service. I would suggest you steer clear of this place. They do not do proper warranty research. Never taking my wife's car here.

Just bought a fully loaded 2023 Nissan Rogue SL from Conner at Acme Nissan. He is very professional, courteous, and not a high pressure salesman. I would recommend talking to Conner if you are looking for a Nissan and want a comfortable experience. Great job Conner!

Great experience! The team at Acme is great the from Chris is Sales to Tom my service advisor. The service team was fast, curtious and friendly. Turn around was quick. Waiting area was comfortable had coffee and water as well as free Wi-Fi. Glad I got my truck here and now glad I had it serviced here ... I highly Recommend coming here for service!
