Team Express Monmouth Junction

This is what you get from a “high-pressure underbody wash.” The water clearly didn’t touch the underbody at all. Even below the bumpers, the car was still completely dirty. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

To day accidentally I happened to go to Team Express Car Wash at Monmouth Junction on Rt 1 North. I am happy that I went there. One of the best and quick Car Wash places near Princeton area. There are two lanes. One for the monthly pass holders without an attendant, and the other for without a pass and an attendant to help the customers. I was greeted by an enthusiastic young man named Jordan and explained about their available options. I simply wanted a basic car wash that is labelled “SHINE”. The one above is SHINE AND PROTECT. Only difference is Tripple Foam and Tire Shine for an additional $6.00. Shine is $12.00. Since management changed, level of towel dry service has been horrible! They barely do their job. They never wipe the body of the car and half of the rear windshield! I have always water dripping from everywhere. If you are not stopping by the self vacuum areas and detailing your own car, your car is half washed. I'm canceling both of our cars memberships. Enough is enough.

I had a great experience at the wash. Nathan was the person leading the station when I came and he was excellent. Professional, courteous, and worked hard to serve me well. Spoke well on the service and I would come back just because of his kindness. The car wash is also great left my car spotless and I have been going here for years. In general all the workers I encounter are great
