Action Auto LLC

This place is the best in town ! I had the pleasure of working with raelynn and she knew her stuff and was very professional..she explained everything clearly and delivered on every aspect of the sale. I'm very pleased with my purchase at action auto and will definitely return again and purchase another vehicle from them again . Thank you again raelynn and action auto.

I’m very disappointed , I purchased a jeep renegade in July , drove it and I noticed it was shaking I also told them the breaks were bad and the said nothing was wrong with it when I went back I had to pay 200 for my breaks to get changed although I made mention upon purchasing the vehicle. I took it back and they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle but got it diagnosed and it’s a transmission problem and motor problem as well. Not safe for myself or my children so this will be my last time going to them. Guys before you go there make sure you have someone who is a mechanic with you so you can know for certain . Also I would advise to go to a place that does have a warranty so that’s my mistake.

Front brake job news rotors , pads and bearing. Their mechanic choice to grand off material on back side of pads, causing pads to shift and destroy rotors and pads.I returned to shop about high heat and smell, I was told there was a 500 mile brake in not to worry about it. Had to get a second opinion from another shop, thats who found out about the bad work from action auto repair. Be careful with this auto repair shop, the mechanic made a bad mistake on my truck. Buyer beware go elsewhere.

My daughter bought her first car with them. They were awesome! Very reasonable, friendly and honest. She had an issue in her front right making a thumping noise. We took it back to them just to have them check it out and we figured go from there what to do. Nope!!! They ahead and just fixed it! No questions, no hassle nothing. Honestly we didn’t even know they were fixing it. I call that exceptional and honest customer service!!! They don’t have a lot of used cars for sale but I highly recommend them! A+ %100 👍

Tony and Ray have been working on my vehicles for years now. You can buy the best auto parts available but if the mechanic isn’t experienced that may turn that auto part worthless. They explain which repairs you need, why you need them, the cost and when the repair will be completed. Do Not Hesitate Taking Your Auto Here!
