Could not have been friendlier, helpful or more patient. I am so happy to have found a place that listens and does not talk down to me. My husband is deceased and taking care of the car is all new to me. Finding a place that makes me feel comfortable is worth so much to me. Thank you!! And the work is done quickly and they went beyond what I asked, by checking everything. I have a new to me mini cooper and it feels good to find such helpful mechanics.

Veronica and the team were extremely kind, helpful, and professional when it came to getting a pre-purchase inspection done. They included an online report with their findings, and they even sent along a video of the underside of the car! It was an absolute delight dealing with Action Auto Service ☺☻

Extremely happy with how we were treated at Action Auto. So courteous and professional, nothing was done without prior explanation and approval on our end. Suggestions were made for a few future maintenance items, but in no way were they forced or pushed on us. Vehicle runs great , initial issue diagnosed and fixed promptly. 100% would recommend to other people!

Great team. Everything was explained very well, I was granted access to see directly what was being proposed/fixed. They charge a fair price and they stand by their work. Thus far they have not shown me anything that was a surprise to me, the car owner. Will definitely return as necessary

Veronica who answers the phone n greets you inside is so upbeat n easy to talk to. Staff are PROfessional! Prices are pretty fair. They fit me in during my 'pinch' of a need. I think I'll b using this garage for now on. And they are conveniently located. They really looked into my issue. I felt confident driving away. Nice clean business.
