I have bought several vehicles over the years. I have had many salesmen but tend to stick with the same one currently Matt is my guy and does a great job. I recently had to have a recall taken care of and he helped me out with a loaner car till it was back which was only one day but made it much easier. Thanks guys and keep it up!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I want to start this off by saying I had my vehicle looked at by two other places before this. They did not have payment plans set up so I couldn’t use them but northpointe does. I was quoted $1,500 to fix my brake lines and then the things that come with that (brakes and brake fluid etc) at the two other places. I was originally quoted around that same price here. I got my car towed out there and had them look at it. I had a price range of up to $3,500 for them to do the brakes and brake lines, an oil change, and an inspection. I said if they can’t do it all in that price range then just do the brake lines and brakes and I’ll get the rest done later. They then sent me a diagnostic report of 8k in repairs and said that wasn’t even all of i

I received a letter inviting me for an oil change which I desperately needed, so I decided to give them a shot! 40 minutes into my appointment they told me they didnt have my oil filter in stock and had to go get it. I left and went to an appointment and came back 40 minutes later and my car still was not done. There is no way an oil change should take 2 hours. Why not look ahead at the upcoming appointment to ensure you have all parts needed for the appointment?
