I brought my car into Seneca last summer after a bus side swiped my car. The bumper was completed smashed, the grill cracked, and the side of my car and mirror were damaged. My car was in rough shape but Robert and the Seneca Motors team swiftly and efficiently fixed my car - when I came to pick it up it looked better than when I first got it. Seneca went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired and the value would be increased. I am grateful to the team and the time they took to take care of me. Highly recommend.

Both cars I test drove had to be jumped before we could test them. They weren't cleaned at all and wasn't much of a selection. The one car was spitting and sputtering so I tried to tell them so they were aware and the younger guys response was " that's not what the last person who drove it said?.. guess that's why it's still on the lot... poor customer service

Very good service everyone is helpful. Real happy with my jeep. When buying a car these guys tell you everything about what they have on the lot and if anything needs changed. Just got a car for my daughter there a few weeks ago and she is really happy with it.

Wasn't allowed to test drive the car or take it to my mechanic just up the street for a pre inspection, the reason...it was out of inspection so I couldn't take it off the lot. So i just drove it around their little lot. Every time I asked if he knew of anything wrong with it, he'd get testy and just say I don't know, angrily, made me feel like he didn't want to make a sale or let alone be there. So, I bought it anyway but still feel like I shouldn't have. Next time I'll go somewhere else. :(

If Rob was still there we would come back!! He was wonderful man and always cheerful and polite we started looking at him as a great friend also!! Always willing to work with ya😊😊
