We had a great experience here! All of our questions were efficiently answered, there was no pressure, and they may buy a car very easy. I recommend talking with Jason Everett, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, and made this experience pleasant. I am very happy with my new Buick envision, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here.

Finally a service department that cares about customers. Lynn Johnson was absolutely the best service writer. She listened and made good notes when I dropped off my truck. I was worried about the codes it was throwing. She found some other issues and had them checked as well. The mechanics cleared it up and got me going again. Great dealership.

I dropped my Buick Enclave Avenir off due to a loud noise. Lynn in service kept me updated on everything. She even had the tech try to find the other issue and they couldn’t but made sure I was ride safe to the best of their ability but no guarantee. They had me on the road in time to still make my scheduled trip out of town. Lynn explained that it I got back and still heard the unidentifiable noise to come back and she would have someone ride with me so I could point it out specifically. I was so pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and speed of service.

Cheryl was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with my decision and didn’t make me feel obligated! I had the car for a year and she checked on my well being a few times! I would definitely drive there again and recommend Auctions Buick

I have been to the Dothan, Al Buick dealership 3 times since we purchased our Buick Enclave. I must say, their friendliness in the service area is lacking. No one greets you when you walk through the doors, even though there are usually more than 2 representatives in the area. Unfortunately, today’s visit was no different! I wish they would improve their customer service in the services area, especially since they’re the only Buick dealership in Dothan. 🙁
