Action Transmission & Complete

As of 12.15.2025 I was provided a full redund. Shortly after my initial review, I was contacted by the owner, Raj, who was extremely apologetic and agreeable. Raj sincerely attempted to bring my concerns to a satisfactory resolution. ‐-------‐--------------‐---------------------- 12.10.2025 I do not recommend this company and must report them NJ state attorney general. From Aug - Now (12.10.2025) They have not issued my refund for work they did NOT complete. I attached a screen shot of our texts. I paid over $150 for diagnostic to correct the open/close trunk feature on my mercedes. Denny and Kap never gave me the estimate to do the repair after I made several phone calls, text messages and voicemails to obtain the cost to repair. They just kept my money which was to be applied to the repa

Dropped my car off at Action Auto at 8am. By 10am Denny called to confirm that I needed an oil change and rear brakes. The estimate and work matched and they did not try to nickel and dime me. The communication and customer service was top notch. I appreciate Denny and team for taking care of my Genesis.

I contacted them and they got back to me within a couple minutes, I dropped my car off , they ordered the parts and gave me a good price ,for all the work they did, transmission, gasket , seal and battery connector, I recommend them and will tell others thank you to Kap and the crew.

They had my car for 2 weeks. Complete mess Never gave me an estimate. Never diagnosed root issue regardless of my willingness to pay whatever labor hours necessary to identify. Never could get them to show me diagnostic report. Was supposed to call me back 3x over before I had to pick up my car. Never did 1 time. Avoid this place if you need your car back in a reasonable amount of time
