Active Auto Collision | San Marcos

We were sent there about 15 years ago after my car was rear ended. We had to get two estimates, so we reluctantly found two that were close to our house. The guys at Active were awesome, showed my autistic son around the shop! We’ve used them twice since then (unfortunately), but the price is Always competitive and the work fantastic! After our last visit I told him “I hope I don’t see you again!” Well, two months later I was back with a different car… but same results. Great work in a timely matter. Top notch business with a great staff! Highly recommended😎

Shadi was referred to me by a friend and he was fantastic. I had few a Tesla that needed body repairs on two side doors. Dealing with Tesla is difficult but Shadi was persistent and he pushed to get my doors replaced instead of repaired. Then he matched the paint perfectly. He was patient as it took Tesla weeks to approve the claims then he had challenges getting Tesla to get him the parts. But he stayed in communication with me and set expectations for how long it would take. Now my car looks brand new. I highly recommend his shop!

I had a couple of paint chip offs on my truck from when a woman left the gas nozzle in her car and drove away. Those things spring back like a bullet and caused some minor, but noticeable damage. She was willing to pay for the repair, and I got price quotes from three shops that had good reviews and a reputation for quality work. I was most comfortable with Active Auto Collision. They have a shop in Escondido, but I went to their San Marcos location. And I am so glad that I did. Another happy customer! They took care of the two damage spots and several road scratches from driving on freeways with truckers that I wasn’t charged for.
