We can always count on these folks to deliver an experience that reflects the highest pride and professionalism. I came in for scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, and a vehicle inspection) and had a great experience. They provided a detailed inspection report that clearly outlined what needed immediate attention and what could wait until a future service. All recommended work required my approval before any repairs were performed. I didn’t feel pressured at any point, and there was no upselling. I also asked them to diagnose a noise I was hearing while driving. They believed it was likely a worn wheel bearing and recommended I go to the dealership since it may still be covered under warranty. I really appreciated their honesty — they could have charged me for the repair, but instead looked out for my best interest. Great customer service, fair pricing, and professional communication.

I was referred to Service Pros through a great friend of mine. Jeff was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. His shop was clean and the front waiting area super clean and comfortable. He made it easy for me to get my Toyota Rav repaired and always made time to answer questions that I had. The repair was done on my suspension and am happy to say the Rav is running smooth and easy. Still hating the pot holes in the road, no fault of Jeff's. I will recommend him to my friends and have done so, and bring him any repairs that come up. I'm very grateful for his professionalism and service.

I love this place! They have an online interface for your work/inspections that is super clear and easy to use (it even has photos!). You can also call or text them with any questions. On my most recent visit I was helped out by Jeff, who was AMAZING!! Jeff was super helpful and answered all my questions (trust me there were a lot of them). They are also great at advising you on which repairs are urgent/less so. It is so nice to find a place that is reliable and trustworthy. They really care about their customers here and I am always recommending this place to my friends!

We had a minor emergency (when isn't needing auto repair an emergency) with the brakes on our 2013 Ford Edge. Jeff said bring it in today and we'll see what we can do. They completed the work on it that day at a very reasonable price! Definitely going back.
