Helped me with a transmission issue same day. Very helpful, very professional and just great guys! Everyone was super nice, will definitely recommend to everyone. Made my day! The repair was fast and everything is good to go now.

We had an amazing experience with Active Transmission! Our regular mechanic referred us to Active to take a closer look and they did an excellent job investigating and looking closer. It ended up being a sneaky issue that they were able to find and correct to extend the life of our 2004 truck. Not only did they do an incredible job with the vehicle itself, they also were incredibly kind during pick up. The facility was easy to find, clean, and very professional. It felt like a hometown mechanic in the city. The pricing was very reasonable and fair and we will certainly be back and referring others there. Thank you Active for saving the day!

Transmission in my truck started slipping and they rebuilt my transmission and got my truck back running in no time. Jeff and his team are amazing at what they do and Jeff even made me feel like I was not just some a costumer and actually got to know me a little bit. If you are having any transmission problems take your vehicle here!

I worked with Jeff, calling to make an appointment to have my Explorer looked at, the transmission was acting up. He called with the bad news explaining I would need to rebuild the transmission. Our Explorer is to old , and not worth the money to fix it. I asked him what I owed for his diagnostic test, he told me there was no charge. When do you ever hear that anymore - right!! They have earned all my future business - If I could I would leave them 100 stars! Thanks Jeff!!

It's great to know honest and professional business are still around. A company that stands behind their warranty and gives honest answers.
