High Country Tuning

Luke did a fantastic job with my 2021 Tacoma. Where Toyota dropped the ball Luke picks it up and delivers. I hated driving my truck before Luke tuned it! Now I love how it drives, I’m confident making a pass on a highway or driving into the mountains. It’s even gentle enough that I can easily hook up my camper. Thank you , Luke

Luke was awesome to work with. Very professional and friendly. Took a little to get our schedules to align (zero fault of his) but once we were able to sync up it was a pain free and smooth process. My 4Runner has life again and shifts appropriately on inclines. I would suggest his tuning services to anyone curious or in the market. If you have any questions he is more than capable to answer them. 10/10 would recommend.

Luke is awesome. very professional, responds quickly, and is knowledge able on his OTT. My 4runner is heavily modified and was really becoming unenjoyable to drive without a regear or any engine modifications. The OTT lived up to the expectations and with the adjusted throttle response its almost to much fun to drive now.

Naturally, I had some trepidation of changing the software in my rig. But instead, the tuning released the spunky spirit animal trapped inside my lethargic, inherently underpowered Tacoma and it is now a smooth joy to drive. With the added weight of the Alucab camper and weighty bumpers the Tacoma has always 'functioned' just fine. But the tuning makes the Tacoma feel like it is back to its original fighting weight.

I had an excellent experience with High Country Tuning! Luke was very professional and explained everything in a comprehensive and intelligible way and also asked questions about driving style, modifications done to the vehicle, etc; in order to get your tune how you want it. I’d HIGHLY recommend Luke with HCT for your tuning needs. The tune completely changed how it drives through mountain passes and getting rid of the unnecessary hard downshifting and constant gear seeking. I also noticed a very slight increase in MPG (21.5/tank avg). Acceleration from a higher speed, like passing on the highway, doesn’t seem like the truck is giving it’s all just to safely pass.
