We were in a pinch, needing a reliable, affordable and safe car for our son who lost his driving to CLT from his home in Nashville for a holiday visit. We found a couple of promising cars at Adams, and, on CHRISTMAS EVE, had test drives with Jose. He is very friendly, low-pressure, and helpful. We returned the day after Christmas and left less than an hour later with the car at a reasonable price, quite satisfied. Jose was great and quickly responsive throughout. A tip of the hat to Marcos as well for the quick turnaround with the paperwork.
