Adams Auto Sales Mankato

So I'm that guy. I've been in the car business all of my life and I found myself in Mankato with a flashing Check Engine Light and a Traction Control light and no power. So based on proximity and reviews, I stopped at Adams Auto Sales and asked if their service guys could look at my car. Without hesitation, they hooked me up with their service manager. He acknowledged that they were full up but offered to help any way he could. They scanned my code, diagnosed the problem and suggested that they could try to fix it before the end of the day. My alternative was to rent a car to get home, use said rental car to do my job for the next few days, and hope that I wasn't getting scammed. Or wait it out. And I'm so glad I waited it out. I just bought a car from Adam’s Auto and it was the best experience! Everyone was super helpful and friendly (I mainly worked with Harley Jo, but they all work together and are amazing!). I appreciated that they were upfront about everything and didn’t sugarcoat things just to get a sale. I never once felt pressured to buy something from them which I appreciated. I was able to take my time picking out the perfect car for me as well. They made me feel like someone and not just a number to get another sale. I have mixed feelings on this dealership. Their salespeople are incredibly friendly and they let me take the car I bought for numerous test rides before I settled on it. I just worry they weren’t 100% honest about what they did to repair the vehicle/the checks and balances they did to sell it. I took it to the brands dealership a few months after I bought it and the people there asked me who did my last oil change, which was Adam’s, then they told me I was missing an entire part in the oil area that could’ve blown up my engine. Luckily they replaced it for free for me. I had issues starting the car within the first week of purchasing. The start button just did not work with the brakes, and the mechanic they had look at it gave me some spiel about “the 5G towers” like some conspiracy theori

Best experience we had buying a vehicle - exceptional service from “Harley” Joe .
