Not big on reviews but figured in this circumstance I had to.I dont have enough good to say, my truck had damage to one bed side,when i picked the truck up matt took the time to explain every detail of his repair he explained how the insurance company had him cutting into the bed to replace the existing bed side. Matt took it upon himself to source a entire factory take off bed with the same factory color . In the end matt made the truck as close to factory as he possibly could. communication was excellent through the whole process, I could go on and on. HIGHLY recommend addirondack collision for anybody in CNY.

I truly cannot say enough about this man that many haven't allredy if I could give 100 stars to this man and his staff I wold and on top of that I would trust this man with any aspect of my life he, (matthew Spicer) is a very smart man he's so kind caring and jental sole he's the kind of man anykind of person wold want to be his work is above and beond anything u could imagine .I took my truck thair to replace the running boards it whas a dirty mess and needed some love but it's ben hard for me to keep it clan like I like too due to health isues it hadd a lot of spots of rust on the surfaces of the paint he and his staff to my great surprise cleaned scrubbed and made my truck shine when I came around the corner and saw my truck in his lot she looked so good and alive again I almost br

I had an accident with my jeep and was recommended to Matt at Adirondack Collision. I had nothing but the best experience in communication and service and repairs there.
