Quick and easy process. I highly recommend this shop. I'll be back in the Spring to get rust-preventative undercoating. Got brake pads on front and back, oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. Done all in one day.

Good People, Fair Price, and Great Customer Service! I am from Buffalo, New York and had a breakdown on my diesel truck on a very cold day while in Utica for a hockey tournament for my son. Winn’s auto service was listed through AAA and provided AAA discount. My truck was towed to Winn’s auto service on a Friday morning. They spent most of Friday cleaning and diagnosing my truck and Nathan, the master mechanic, even came in on Saturday when the shop was closed to make sure they were able to take care of me. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced CustomerService that goes above and beyond my expectations, but this shop certainly did. I brought my car in for a diagnostic check, based on someone's recommendation and let me say, they did not disappoint! I had an appointment that was scheduled for noon and by 1245 I was on my way with a complete diagnostic check, a solution to the problem and an appointment to return the very next day at 8am to have the issue resolved! After dropping my car off the next morning for repair, I was notified that my car was ready at 920! Every step of the process, in dealing with Winn's Auto, was not only expeditious but also gave me the peace of mind that I no longer needed to be concerned with my car breaking down on the side of the road!
