Just picked up my wifes car after getting a deep interior clean. Our 2 kids did a number on the inside. When I say Jordan did an amazing job I mean it. Unfortunately, my experience with this car detailing service was not what I expected. When I dropped my car off, I was told it would be ready in about 3 hours. A few hours later, they called and said it would actually take closer to 6 hours. I picked up the car after dark, so I wasn’t able to clearly check the results at the time. The next day, I noticed that there were soap streaks left on almost every panel, and several areas of the car had not been cleaned properly. I contacted them right away, and they told me to come back so they could fix it. However, when I asked about a time to bring the car in, they told me it wouldn’t be a free correction — just a discount — even though the issues were the result of the original service. I have used Prestige several times to detail my car and I will definitely use them again. They do a great job on the detailing itself but I also very much appreciate that they will come to my house to pick up my car and then return it. It helps me a great deal not to have to arrange for a ride. I can usually get an appointment very quickly and they are courteous and friendly.
