The nicest customer support staff I have seen in a very long time!

I won't 1 star it as service in the past has been acceptable. That said, today; I deeply find it unacceptable when a customer is standing in line, and an employee does not acknowledge said customer - while you're on the computer (processing a return I assume), then just walked away. 2 other employees walked by without a word, as well. This left me to question whether I would be helped in a reasonable time. I simply put the merchandise on the counter and walked out.

All have what I need, and store pickup is usually ready in 15mins

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store! Sold me a defective alternator w missing pulley. Told me it was the correct part. I took it home & pulled my alternator. Discovered it was wrong after I took all apart. Had to borrow a car to return it. Purchased the correct part from another store in town which were very helpful! Go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's. Paid $100 less for the correct alternator & were much more helpful!

The team at the Aberdeen, SD store provide a high level of service and assistance. They went above and beyond what one may expect from an auto part store. I have visited many and never received this high of a level of service.
