Advance Auto Parts

Service at Advance is as good as one can expect. I always start there for parts and have always been able to obtain what I need.

The employees there sit in the back and don't check to see if everyone in the store needs help. They need training.

Always very helpful. I somehow always get to deal with Ms. Katie on the phone. But, the guys are very helpful all the way around the store. This is my favorite location to do business with!!! Keep up the great work, crew!!!

One of the worst part stores I have ever shopped. I was in the store 5 minutes before the employee (all in the back of the store) came up front. This is after another customer yelled hello. When the cashier finally came to the register, she was rude. I received the wrong part and had to return it. Just awful. I had to give them a 1 star but they deserve no stars. Smh.
