Just got off the phone with a dude here. Rude as hell. I called to ask a question about a battery and once he realized I needed to call someone else he just hung up on me. This is the second time I’ve dealt with this store and they’ve had shit service. Go to Oreillys. Go to NAPA. Save yourself the headache.

Parts are normally pretty good, but the staff... The staff is actually very helpful, they are friendly, most of them are knowledgeable. And the part that drives me the most about the staff is the fact that they have the lugnuts to where if they don't have something and can't get it they will try to help you find alternatives sources to get whatever the items may be .... You just get that anymore.. I love it, thankfully I don't see them to often because of what that means but when I do get to see them I rather enjoy the experience, most of the time. Response: not a problem, the only thing that would make me like y'all more is if you sold more motorcycle parts, even if they all had to be ordered as needed.

Spent all day trying to get parts at various stores to fix my truck, Matt from this store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First time today that I felt like someone actually listened. Kudos to you and a well run store. Will definitely be returning for all of my future needs!

Mike was immensely helpful with his advice and know-how. I now know how to change spark plugs and my car is running smoothly again. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to help us out.

Bought the part and they installed it for me.
