Karen sold me a product and WENT above and beyond to help me place the battery in the key fob AND then walked me out to my car to make sure all buttons work. WOW !!!!!! This store is well stocked and the people serving you really care. David is also great customer service person and the other gentleman, I think Ryan. I watched all three take care of me and other customers with professional kindness. My new Auto parts store from now on and forever !!!! Nice to see knowledgeable and kind personnel.

It’s 8:40AM and the store should be open to customers, however, the doors are locked with a women sitting behind the counter on her phone. Customers are standing in front of the store while she’s sitting at the computer, NeverMIND the fact that people have things to do and the store should be open!!! I’ve been sitting outside of the store for over 20 minutes as she continues to do everything but assist awaiting customers!!! Unacceptable!

The young lady that answered the phone there today was very rude like she's at home on the phone instead of representing somebody's place of business. Should be off the phone not communicating with customers maybe moving batteries around or something like that when she don't have to talk to anyone.

This is the worst customer service experience I have had this year 2024. The on duty manager Ray insisted that he was doing me a favor trying to help me while at the same time referring me to another location to for a replacement battery that was purchased from Advance Auto Part! Last I checked my profile is the same at both locations. According to Ray, since it didn't show up in his system he couldn't do it make an exchange. Although he contacted the store #06900 with my information and it was confirmed that the battery was still under warranty. He refused to accommodate me and exchange the battery at his location! I went as far as explaining that my car was near his store and I was riding with someone else in which if I had to go to another location it would be a great inconveni

Had a bad battery and had to get a jump start just to make it to their store. Talked to Carey on the phone while waiting to get my jump start. He was very friendly and professional. He also installed my new battery and I had some corroded terminals making it harder for him to work with because they were practically stuck on the posts but he was friendly and informative the whole time.
