James was awesome. Helped me with a wiper, tested battery and died on testing which I suspected. Replaced battery and got me on my way.
1/27/26 Ayer store: Lousy part-number information from AI was fixed completely by Christine. Six stars for Christine, zero stars for AI.
Ice melt has been hard to come by recently but Scot with the Ayer location posted frequently on a local facebook page of when they would have some in stock. We were able to get pet safe the other day due to his posting and just today we were able to pick up regular ice melt. When I went there the cashier was AMAZING and personable. She let me know that the boys would be able to help me load the bags into my car. The gentleman who helped me was also great. Those 50lb bags aren't easy to lift. I'm thankful for the communication that this store provides. We will be back (for more then just Ice melt).
Shoutout to Michael for helping me find some parts/installing some wipers - super helpful and nice.
Super helpful, great customer service, and was in and out very quickly with exactly what I needed.
