Quick Lane at Gervais Ford

I came in on a Saturday around 11:55 am just before they were about to close, I had a slow leak and needed a tire repair. I don't know the gentlemans name who came out to speak with me but he took my vehicle in and did the repair for me even though I know they were closing up for the day. The manager was very friendly and nobody seemed rushed or annoyed that I had showed up so close to closing time. Thank you so much for the great customer service!! You guys are awesome!!

The Quick Lane rarely disappoints. They do quality work (at a fair, but slightly higher price than other garages). I must say that this trade-off is worth it for the convenience of being able to get work done without scheduling weeks in advance. I have the majority of work done on my cars at the Quick Lane, even though one of them is not a Ford.

Got oil change and tire rotation for my Elantra. It took about an hour, no issues, professional work. Happy customer who has been going to Gervais Ford for at least 4 years.

While my end outcome was good, it was going to be not so great when I went to pick up my car and the battery was dead (after they self admittedly drained it) the code I had sent it in for couldn't be read or the problem associated with the code sorted out and they were fine sending it back to me... Good thing the second day there was someone else working who thought my vehicle should stay and the problems be solved (and I not be charged labor for my inconvenience 👍🏻) thank heavens for some remaining customer service in this world...
