Advance Auto Parts

The Bartlesville location always has what I need and the upper staff members are great. I went in and asked if they can check my oil because I am older woman, and Damien helped me out, when no other auto parts store would help me. This store has my business.

Melissa the manager was very helpful and patient with helping us with all our parts. We will definitely go back because of her for sure.

I've noticed advance auto parts has a 4.4 review, but this business shouldn't have a 4.4 review at all. Advance auto in Bartlesville is operated like a cult, always speaking negative about customers behind the customers back, and speaking rumors of all rumors. They seem to only want shoppers they approve of to come in the store and then they give a stuck up nose to everyone else. This is not how you run a business, and sure why the GM is hiring people who wants to act this way to clients. I remember before they became corrupt this was a decent place to shop, but it's not now. I would advise to use a different parts store.

I work nearby so I frequent this location often. The staff is always friendly to me while I shop. I would recommend shopping here.

I bought a battery for my car just before closing. The employees helped get the correct battery. They did a great job. Got the battery out of the back of the car the next to install it and noticed one of the bottom corner was almost tornoff. I took the battery back and the manager was very helpful in returning the battery with no problems. Great store.
