Really excellent customer service, clean store, good inventory I went to orielly because it’s slightly closer to home. They were out of my wipers in 2 different brands. They had a long line to ask questions. Drove to advanced and they had everything in stock. Customer service was great. The guy even offered to put them on my car for me because it was snowing. I mentioned I wanted to check my lights while I was there before going to get my new inspection sticker and he actually went around my car for me checking my lights. Awesome customer service. I won’t go anywhere else now

I literally called and said I walking there and asked if they had jump packs bc my car died and was trying to get there before close and didnt want to walk there for nothing. Guy on phone says yes we have them. I get there and they say nope only have ones that need to charge for 24 hours. Why didnt u fing say that on the phone. As a solo woman I wouldn't of walked alone in a sketchy area knowing that especially when I called ahead to ask. And the. To lie to my face and say no one else does when I've personally bought one from. Autozone before, charged prior.

NEVER has anything in stock. Plus the workers there like to hang up on customers; and then when you tell them your opinion about the store they like to keep spam calling you and leave an inappropriate voicemail. Go somewhere else this place isn’t it. Big African American guy who works/worked there is awesome though.

I called ahead to ask questions about a part and was courteously helped. When I came to get the part, I was greeted by an employee even though he was helping another customer. Good experience all around.
