Advance Auto Parts

While visiting the local Advance Auto Parts store located in Biddeford Maine I was greeted promptly by both Shaun and Tyler upon arrival as they both welcomed me to the store. I was then assisted by Shaun as he helped answer all my questions and concerns during my visit to the store. Overall both Shaun and Tyler were both very friendly, and helpful to me while at the store. I highly recommend the Biddeford Maine Advance Auto Parts store if you want excellent helpful customer service.

I went in looking for some fuel stabilizer and Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the differences between each brand and asked about my specific car and needs before making recommendations. He even took the time to give me detailed advice on winterizing my vehicle and ensuring it would start right up come spring. After I left the store, he actually came out to the parking lot to share a few more helpful tips, talk about going above and beyond! I was really impressed by his professionalism and depth of knowledge. Sean absolutely deserves a promotion. I’ll definitely be coming back to this AutoZone for anything my car needs.

Most of the employees dont know anything about parts or cars and can never find the products that are in stock. The woman who was working at 230pm on December 5gh was extremely rude aswell. Every time I go there either there isnt a employee in sight or there is a line across the store because one of the employees has zero knowledge of cars and cant figure out how to look up the parts its no wonder advanced is closing most of thier stores they used to be good what happened?

Store was clean and organized, met the manager Erik who was very helpful. Explained to him my son was moving in right down the street. As a GM with Advance auto from Pennsylvania I was very pleased and Impressed.

Thank you Eric for being so helpful with my windshield wipers today, even showing me how to take my old ones off! Fantastic service, thank you :)
