I brought a jump starter that I bought two weeks ago in a store in neperville, I never used it, the guy from whom I bought said that it would be possible to return without problems,I came to this store and the seller named Pedro said that I can not make a refund,it is very unpleasant because I bought and I was told it will be possible to return in any store....... 🤯🤯🤯

Shout out to Tristan and Owen and the Advanced Auto Team in Bolingbrook. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to locate a part for an older car. They truly define exemplary customer service and sales. Thanks for the great help and thanks for reading.

Ordering on line was easy. Parts I needed were ready for pickup in less than 1/2 hour, and I was able to apply the promotional discount offered on the website by ordering on line. Very convenient.

Avoid this company entirely! They sell defective parts and couldn’t care less about their customers. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. And let me tell you about Pedro G, the sorry excuse for an employee at that store—he needs a serious lesson in how to treat people. I walked in, holding my box in my hand, and he looked straight at me with a dismissive stare. I nodded to greet him, and instead of acknowledging me, he rolls his eyes and sneers, “What is that? What do you want?” I was stunned. Excuse me? You don’t talk to a customer like that! I just stepped inside and expected basic respect, not this rude attitude.
