Had a wonderful experience with Happie and Jason. They help me with a warranty claim on a radiator that was only 6 months old that was defective. They even helped me carry out 4 gallons of coolant.

Was told they were to busy to check a battery and pretty much sent away. Should probably look into finding more help. They seemed very overwhelmed. I will bring my business elsewhere.

always appreciate the great service and fair prices at Advance Auto, especially the Brainerd location lately. I’m by no means an experienced mechanic…just a DIYer who tackles a few jobs here and there…but the team here is always ready to help. Most recently, I ordered some brake pads online, not realizing that the pad style changed mid-year for my vehicle. I ended up with a set that was too large. The staff helped me return the wrong ones and got me set up with the correct parts without any hassle. Really appreciated their knowledge and support!

I store my car in the winters. I come to this place for every need for my automobile. The staff is knowledgeable and help me in many ways and ideas that I need that I didn't think I need. Very friendly. They offer their opinion in a non-pushy way. It opened my venues for ideas of what to do.

Thank you for the wonderful experience he had. We had a 2.5 year old die hard battery that went bad. But was bought at the Grand Forks store. Which closed down. We called the closest store. 3+ hours away. April & coworkers was so nice & very helpful getting battery exchanged.
