Huge thank you to the amazing staff at Advance Auto in Brooklyn! Kani was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable while checking my vehicle and testing my battery. Christina was so kind and helpful as well. They both took the time to inform me about the best fluids for my car. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I wanna start off by saying I love advance auto…. It’s my favorite auto Parts shop…….. But this gotta be the Absolute worst Advance auto store ever. I’ve been there at least eight different times Within the last month for eight different parts. No matter how big or small, No matter the vehicle, No matter what…… This store has nothing more than motor oil and regular essentials. They never have anything else in stock. They’re the absolute worst. Then they act like they don’t wanna do nothing in the store. Asked for a little bit of help they don’t know anything and if they don’t know anything they don’t want to help you do anything or figure out Where specific things may be in the store. Please just get new management OR. Shut the store down

Christina went above and beyond to helping me with everything I needed. She was very friendly and helpful. Gave extra advice and helpful information. I would recommend this store for all your auto parts

This was my first time to visit this Advance Auto location. The store was nice and the employee was helpful and courteous. I was purchasing a fuel filler hose and had a $5.00 off coupon. He explained the savings and explained how the perks work. He took his time to find the product and had a good attitude.

I bought a battery here for $95 ! It has side post on it and top post i was very satisfied with the service I got here. I will go back here in future .
