Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I came at opening time. The staff were so friendly and nice. We talked the entire time my car was being serviced. They were friendly and not pushy with upselling me on air filters. We spoke about them, I told them I changed them myself and they didn't push it. Unlike Jiffy Lube who typically push hard, especially since i'm a female. So appreciate that! will be back for sure

The manager guy I think his name is Marvin was very polite and courteous. Explain things to me very well and he also offered me a discount I ended up needing some additional work Ah that included transfer fluid changes and I wasn't going to do them until he told me he give me the coupon great text and everybody was super nice and I felt like I got a good value for my money

I went for an oil change because my engine light came on he told me the oil change wouldn’t do anything he also informed me my engine had oil leaking out of it . Then he told me what was wrong what i needed and sent me on my way . Very professional not money driven. He was the manager very helpful i went and got my car fixed that same day thanks to him . He was spot on with what my car needed he saved my life in the long run I’ll forever trust them with my vehicle !

This was my first time here. Went to go get an oil change and was not disappointed. These guys were professional, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Great price! 5 stars for sure!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not overly pushy about upselling. Gave me all information I needed to make an informed decision about my car's care. Will definitely be returning to this location moving forward.
