RICH TIRES NEW AND USED TIRES

Waste of time, I asked on Facebook about a set of tires if they were still available, I was told yes they were and I was provided the address. I messaged them telling them I was on my way. I got there and I was told they were sold in the morning. I had messaged him to confirm and the listing was still available on my way there, I kept checking to make sure. I understand things happen however two days later the listing is still up on Facebook as available?! I realized that he tried to sell me a different set so I believe they list great tires with great prices just to get people in, I wasted 3 hours and fuel.. Not cool, as of this review the listing is still up as available, either they need a new Facebook account manager or they need to be honest with people and stop wasting their time.

I was sold a nice tire from my view. The next day it was flat. I went to them to fix the problem. But one guy kept saying it was rim. I went to another tire shop . And had to buy another tire. The guy at the new shop told me it was the tire he even highlight where the damaged was at. I took the tire back to rich tires showed it to the guy . I paid 80$ all I was asking to pay me back 40$ . Even that they couldn’t do . The greed of just 80$

Just went to riches tire shop had a great experience very good price for the tires I got they are balanced very well🫡

This place is a scam. I had a flat tire and came in to get it replaced. The person gave me a deal, $220 for 4 brand new tires. I asked multiple times if they were never used, and they claimed multiple times that they were brand new. I went ahead and accepted the deal and they installed the "new" tires. After a few days, I unfortunately got a screw in one of my tires and took it by the normal shop I usually go to. They plugged the tire and I asked to make sure I received brand new tires from this place, the shop said probably not. Their were a few cracks within the tread, and said that the tires were probably lightly used beforehand. Anyways, just a shady practice. Where's the honesty nowadays?

I recently visited RICH New/Used Tire Shop, and I must say,my experience exceeded my expectations! From the moment i walked in,I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me.They took the time to understand my driving needs and helped me choose the right tires for my vehicle. I appreciated that they provided detailed information about the pros and cons of each tire, allowing me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. The installation process was quick and efficient. What stood out the most was their commitment to customer service. They followed up with me a few days later to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and the performance of the tires.I highly recommend RICH Tires( New/Used) for anyone in need of tires or tire services.
