Advance Auto Parts

Ezekiel was extraordinarily kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He not only found the correct windshield wiper blade replacement but made sure it worked by putting it on for me. This was after I visited four other auto parts stores and a Wal-Mart how didn’t have the wiper blade I needed. Ezekiel did an outstanding job!

Was not able to start my Rav4 in temp of -2 this morning after hours of using my Halo jump pack got the car started. Called the closest O'Reilly's to me to see about a new battery and if they put them in for me, they said they normally would but it's to cold today and are short staffed and wouldn't be able to do it. Called here at advanced, and said they would be able to put in the battery. It took them about 10 minutes within 15 minutes of arrival I was on my way with everything working fine. Great job guys.

Jacob was very patient and very knowledgeable. He even went outside and installed two windshield wipers in the cold weather. Very kind personality. Ty Jacob!

Needed a car battery. Walked out with 2; thanks car for having start and stop!! However, I had great service from Stacy and Joe! They know what they are talking about and made the process as easy as it could be.

Big ups to Jacob P for helping me install the rear wiper on my Mazda3 hatchback. Stupidest design choice imaginable, but he took it in stride, grabbed a socket wrench, and popped the whole assembly off by the bolt like a champ. This guy saved me an afternoon of frustration and likely a broken wiper assembly. 👏
