Fantastic experience. Purchased a new to me vehicle out of another state. Made an appointment to have a bug shield and license plate holder installed. The items were installed perfectly, fast and the price was right. The desk associated was very friendly and helpful with additional questions that I had.

Travis Richards and staff were phenomenal to work with. Could not be happier with the work done on our truck at the Body Shop after it was in a collision with a turkey. Travis worked with our insurance company staying within budget as well as moving quickly to get the repair completed. Would gladly refer Travis and staff to anyone needing body work done.

This was my 2nd new car purchase from Miller Ford. Jacob Weidert was again an excellent resource. He is fully invested in making his customers feel heard. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and listening to his customers needs. He helped with every aspect of the purchase process and made the experience enjoyable.

I can't say enough about Travis and his team at Miller motor Auto Body. We have now had three repairs done and each time we have been very glad we chose Travis. First time someone back into the side of my truck due to ice. They're cheap insurance wanted to do a cheap repair with filler and Travis said no way. He insisted they approve replacement of the entire quarter panel as inappropriate repair. That will last a long time. They have eventually conceded. The second time we had a dent in the back of our Durango and insurance would only pay for an aftermarket bumper. After completing the install, Travis showed how the bumper would not seat perfectly, it was about an eighth of an inch off. He again did all communication with insurance and insisted they approve an OEM bumper, which they did a

They were extremely helpful with my repairs from hitting a deer. Had it towed over and they already had taken a look and documented everything before I could even call the office the next morning. They would provide clear updates as soon as they had any information. Will be returning here for any future work.
