They squeezed me in on a busy Friday afternoon. Bought me lunch. Checked on our well being several times while we waited for service to be completed. Went out of their way to treat my 7 year old with kindness. Fast service. Fair price.

My fiance and I stopped in on Thursday early morning to get both our cars emissions test done and had the best ever experience at a repair service center. Johnathan ( did not get his last name- but had a southren accent) was the most pleasant to experience. He did both cars in under 3 minutes flat and offered us registration renewal and even noticed we had our oil changes done at Walmart- he didn't bad mouth walmart or anything- he just simply stated Wisco Automotive could take care of all our auto service needs for a fair price and transparency. We have one more free service coupon from Walmart and to Wisco we go- too bad they don't work on boats and SxS's as we are unhappy with our current service.Thanks a lot for being so prompt and respectful- even though we didn't spend a dime. Excellent service! Loren is amazing, kind, courteous and addressed my every issue with a solution; As well as the mechanic that worked on my car. Mechanic came out to waiting area to explain my car issues. My car was done and ready in a timely manner. Everyone working there was courteous. I will always use Wisco Automotive as my car repair shop. At the end, getting in my car, they left me a surprise gift of sweets. Who does that? No one. Thank you Wisco!

I have been going to Wisco for about 6 years. I had some issues with my heatshield (I had no idea what was happening) and made an apt for today. They got me in as soon as they could and fixed it up in no time. The kicker...they did not charge me a dime. They didn't charge me for getting it up in the air, their labor, their parts...nothing. This could have very well been some sort of cost but it wasn't. I do not ever expect anything for free, but it felt nice when it happened. I have never once had Wisco tell me I needed stuff done that doesn't need to be done. They are always 100% upfront with everything. I have been telling everyone to go here for 6 years and I know that the ones who do are very happy with them. I will continue to reccomend them, even of they didn't do this job for me

I had to have my car towed under very difficult conditions—freezing cold weather, a dead battery, and a very tight roadway. Despite the challenges, the young driver handled everything efficiently and without a single complaint. He was extremely respectful, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and excellent service.
