The lady working did not want to be there and was very apprasive. She made it clear she did not want to be there that day and was not going to be much help. Go elsewhere. We were helped but we hat to wait awkwardly.

I bought a replacement set of brake lights from another on line source and they weren’t compatible with my truck. The sales person at Advanced spent quite some time looking up a solution to help me make these lights compatible. They could have easily just told me I had to order a new set from them. Their willingness to help is why I am typically a loyal customer. I will not make the mistake of not coming here first in the future.

Passed through last Sunday, coming from a funeral in Riverton heading to Gillette, had truck issues and figured we would get the same great customer service here as we do in Gillette, but the crew acted like they didn't want to lift a finger to help. They Also told my husband that they new some mechanics, but they only help locals. If they had knowledge they were not showing it. However, my husband and I disconnected the batteries and cleaned them really well, which reset our truck and we were able to get our components working again. So glad we didn't waste unnecessary money here. Won't be back.

Absolutely love these fellas! They are knowledgeable, as helpful as anyone can get, and really fun without losing professionalism. They always help me through my issues with knowledge, or utilizing resources. Prices are fair, but g they have a great rewards system
