I came here to do a battery warranty exchange, the manager was super helpful since the battery was discontinued, the merrick store could have saved me the trip and do the same but they didn't, I'm so glad they helped me with the issue, great customer service, they're very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient.

Came in to check my car’s codes because it was turning on and off , advance auto parts service member Rafael was outstanding in helping me diagnose the issue , he checked my cars computer and checked my cars battery alternator and starter all this while raining outside 5 star service all the way , definitely will be doing business again in this location thanks to the great customer service I received 🙏

I went in today to get a steering wheel cover. Mark Anthony rung me up and told me the next time I come into the store, I could get $20 off a $50 purchase. He said I could purchase a few more items and save. So I did. Great customer service. Also he came out and replaced my old windshield wiper for me. Awesome service. Thanks Advanced Auto, I am a customer for life(already was, lol).

They didn’t do a good job with me they gave me the wrong part with the wrong part number and when i when to return the part they didn’t even want to five me my money back because the label on the receipt didn’t match with the label on the box and i told them to check the cameras that everything is there and they told me to come back another day and a long Story now i am loosing money because of them not recommended

It's way better than the last one I went to but the only thing that could make it better is to have more than two people helping customers I was in there for almost 45 minutes just to pick up my order. If you are going to have customers come in for a pickup you should have someone else to take care of that as well.
