Wow! I bought something for my car this morning right when they opened at 8am, and I was truly impressed. This store has undergone a remarkable transformation. It's clean, organized, and fully stocked, just as an auto parts store should be—no more disorganized empty shelves or trash on the floors. The cashier was friendly and welcoming, which was refreshing. You absolutely need to revisit this Advanced Auto Parts. They are clearly prioritize customer satisfaction now. This place truly restored my faith that there are still good people out there. My car battery was completely fried—I needed AAA to jump-start my car twice before I finally went to Hyundai. Without even properly diagnosing the issue and just going off the earlier AAA report, they quoted me $450+ to replace the battery. Thankfully, a kind gentleman suggested I try Advance Auto Parts instead. That’s where I met Tom, who was an absolute gem. He immediately checked my battery, explained that while it looked weak on the monitor, it could still be charged and should work fine. The staff was great!!!!!! The manager was especially helpful. My car was broken down and they were empathetic and stuck in there with me for more than 4 hours. This is the best parts store I have been to. Thank you again.
