Needed a part at 855pm. Some young guy was holding the door and refused to let me in. Transaction wouldn't have even taken 5 min. Unacceptable.
josean was awesome he provide me the best service I can tell from customer service. I’ve been in customer service for many many years and this is one of the best ones I encounter so far this guy is awesome. He fixed my AC problem. I was having from cooling the car, he even went above and beyond and give me the details and help me to go through the instructions and how to do it and everything I just kept saying enough this guy is the best I ever encounter in advance auto parts. Thank you guys so much for having an employee like him. Thank you
