I needed wiper blades. This store is on US 19 & Coachman Rd, Clearwater, Fl. They have previously checked my battery, installed my battery. They have previously checked my 'idiot lights' notifications on my dashboard. I went to the store early Saturday morning. The store associate, Cliff, greeted me w/ a smile as usual. Offered to help me. He was happy to install both wiperblades, and the rear also. Cliff mentioned the great warranty ($3 replacement within 1 year, defective not required). I highly recommend this company.

Zack S of store 9165 on 19N- amazing human. I pulled into the lot and asked for a diagnostic. What I thought was the issue was not the issue. Zach took the time to do every available diagnostic, spent the time with me to explain, reviewed recommendations. Never ever did he make me feel like I was about to be sold or upsold. I felt educated. I felt heard. This was my first time going to Advance, ever. Zach S is the reason I will now go to Advance from now on.

We bought a new car battery from Advance Auto Parts back in May, and after the car died, a mechanic confirmed the issue was the battery. We went to the Advance Auto Parts at 22991 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL (because it was closest to the shop) expecting the warranty exchange to be simple. Instead, the employee shouted across the store asking what we needed, then acted irritated as soon as we explained. He immediately dismissed us saying “it can’t be the battery,” even though a mechanic had already diagnosed it. When my wife tried to explain that the purchase was online/picked up at another Advance location, he cut her off and said “oh, well we can’t take it here,” clearly relieved he didn’t have to deal with us. I personally like advanced auto. They always have what I need, the people at the counter are knowledgeable, and it’s been my go to for years when I need things for my car.

The service at this location is nothing short of phenomenal. I went in for brakes on my car not knowing exactly what I needed to buy and they treated me like family. Jimmy and his manager Bo made sure I had everything my mechanic would need - Jimmy even made sure all the pieces were in the boxes - and they were super professional and courteous. Anyone not familiar with cars and needing guidance they know is honest - this is your store. Ask for Jimmy!
