Mike at the Collinsville location was more than helpful and extremely communicative. I had a lady helping with a battery replacement at the counter. Mike took on the installation and removal as it is very cold and wet out. Mike help remove the foam and assist with the reinsert after (it helps I cleaned out the trunk before hand too.) Install was fast and efficient!!!!!

I must’ve called at least six times, confused and frantic, trying to get my car fixed. Prestin and Chris were very helpful. They figured it out, and I will continue to support this location because of the amazing customer service and support I get when I shop here.

Collinsville store is always well stocked and has everything I need. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I dont shop anywhere else for my automotive needs!!
